What are the delivery times and shipping costs for my jewelry?

Odette’s Jewellery ships worldwide, and all orders are provided with a track & trace code.
Made-to-order jewelry is shipped within four business days. Ready-to-ship jewelry is shipped within two business days. If you need your order sooner, please feel free to contact us to discuss the options.
Shipping is always free within the Benelux. Different rates and delivery times apply for orders outside the Benelux. You can find more information about this on the shipping page.

Can I return my jewelry?

You have the right to cancel an order up to fourteen days after receipt, provided you notify us in advance via info@odettesjewellery.nl.
Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to jewelry that has been custom-made or customized to your personal wishes. Discounted jewelry, gift cards, and purchases made in person are also non-returnable. If the right of withdrawal does apply, the product must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returns. Once the return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued within fourteen days using the same method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty

All jewelry carries a twelve-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, lack of maintenance, or discoloration from contact with water, cosmetics, or cleaning products. If a product exhibits a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

How is the jewelry packaged?

Each piece of jewelry comes in luxurious packaging, carefully crafted and always suitable as a gift.

Is there a store?

Odette’s Jewellery does not have a physical store. All jewelry is available exclusively online through the webshop.

What does made-to-order mean?

Made-to-order means your jewelry is only made after you place your order. This means you always receive a unique piece, crafted with care and craftsmanship.
